Age 81, of Joliet, passed away peacefully on January 03, 2021, at Symphony of Joliet.

Norbert is preceded in death by his devoted and loving wife, Eileen Czub (nee Mackowiak), and survived by his two daughters, Renee Ready (Regan) of Channahon, IL, and Janet Balsavich of Glen Ellyn, IL.

Norbert Bernie Czub was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 8, 1939, to Bernie and Sophie. He was a veteran and served in the US Army. He was stationed in Alaska and became a sharpshooter. Norbert worked in sales most of his life and became the business owner of Private Cellars in Naperville, IL at Fifth Avenue Station.

Those that knew him best know that he loved to joke and called people by anything but their given name. He was a devoted father and husband, enjoyed wine and the occasional martini up with an olive and a twist.

Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
